"Hi, my name is Laney and I am a young female dog with lots of love to give! I was born on November 14, 2023. I am very affectionate, friendly, and loyal. I love to play and I love the couch, but most of all I love my human and furry friends! I am great with other dogs and I love to splash in the water, I have a funny personality and I love to make my humans laugh. I am always up for an adventure and love learning new things. I am very smart and can learn commands quickly. If you are looking for a fun, loyal, and affectionate dog, I am the one for you! The total cost of adopting Laney is $175. She has already been spayed on May 13, 2024. Only her $75 transport fee is due up front prior to transport. Her $100 adoption fee is not due until you meet us for pick up at your selected location. Her litter was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas when they were taken in by animal control officers after being dumped with no mother dog and no food, water or shelter. She is a very sweet, affectionate 8 month old Staffordshire/ Pit Terrier mix. She gets along well with other dogs, but has not been around cats. She has had all her puppy shots and rabies vaccination as well. Her heartworm and fecal test were both negative also meaning she was free from heartworms and other internal parasites. Her new owner will receive a folder with all her vet records included. She weighs approximately 55 pounds. $75 is due as a transport fee from Texas to Missouri, Illinois or Michigan but the $100 adoption fee is not due until the pick up date at one of the 5 locations listed below. We only transport pre adopted dogs and puppies. We can schedule a video call, like facetime or Zoom for you to meet her. There is important information that you will need to know. Step 3. Complete TRANSPORT ROSTER INFORMATION FORM which you will receive through a text to your cell number. This form will allow you to choose your pick up location and pay the $75 transport fee Step 4. Wait for a text the day BEFORE the transport pick up date….typically the transport van leaves Texarkana Texas about 6-7 PM the day BEFORE your pick up date. It's a long way from Texas. This text will start the notification process as we travel north and make our way to your specific pick up location. Step 5 go to the pick up location you have selected and pick up your dog or puppy and their folder of medical information. Pay the adoption fee either using one of the apps provided or cash or check. All of our dogs and puppies that are pre-adopted, which means they have an approved application and transport fee has been paid, can be picked up at one of 5 transport pickup locations, regardless of what the adoption listing shows. PetFinder only has the option to pick one location for each puppy listed, but then on the “transport roster information form” you can choose either location for pickup. You will receive a folder with your pup’s shot record, and other relevant health info. Before the status changes from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $75 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we stop accepting applications for that particular puppy/dog. Even though you receive an adoption approval letter, the dog will not transported unless the transport fee is paid. Consequently, if another applicant is approved later, but pays the transport fee first, the applicant who pays the transport fee secures the adoption of that particular dog or puppy.
