!!Due to current regulations, dogs belonging to rescues and shelters in DE can't leave the state if they're already in it, or enter it if they're outside of it. This regulation is in place until 8/13/24 (at least). Please keep this in mind when applying to adopt. Dog Name: Lara Breed: shepherd/husky mix Sex: female Age: 4 months Weight: 20 lbs Medical Needs: none Housebroken: shes a young puppy, so we are working on it. She does well of you keep on schedule, but forget about her and she'll go in the house. Crate trained: shes a puppy, so still working on it. She will go in with a treat but prefers to be out with you. Good in the car: Yes! She loves car rides! Good on a leash: Yes, she does well on walks. Energy level: Puppy!! Lol. She plays hard and then rests hard! Need a fenced in yard: No but with out a fenced yard, she will need frequent walks to wear her out! Lol Dog Friendly: Yes, she loves our other dogs If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive homes? No. Cat Friendly? Unsure but she is a puppy, so she would probably be fine. Kid Friendly: Yes! If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? Any age but keep.in mind she will be a big dog. Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Those eyes!! Lara has the most beautiful, haunting eyes! Lara is the sweetest puppy! She loves to play and run around, but is also the best at snuggling.
