I came to the shelter after being injured on my right front leg. It's not painful but the doctors think I have some nerve damage that I may not use it quite like I should - but it does not slow me down! We are heartbroken to say that Laurie is still on the market for a new home and is back from her temporary foster... she is ready to find her soul mate! We are now accepting applications for interested adopters!!!!!!! Have you ever thought of fostering? We always need more foster homes so we can save more dogs from the shelter. There are so many dogs to choose from that we can find a good match for you and your lifestyle. And remember: it's temporary. Unless you foster fail ;) But fostering gives dogs a better shot at being adopted once we can see what they are like out of the stressful shelter environment. What her foster said about Laurie: She is very social and loves to cuddle with everyone. So far she has been calm. Whoever adopts her is going to be hitting the lottery! Laurie is seriously a perfect little angel!!!! She did absolutely amazing and no one was a stranger to her!!!! She gives the best cuddles and kisses ANYONE could ever ask for!! walks well on a leash. loves everyone she meets potty trained lived with kids Great in car Sleeps all night with no issues Loves to give kisses Takes treats gently Is very friendly and loves everyone she meets Cuddle bug loves to sniff around and eat her enrichment is a 10/10 dog, we adore her!!! Laurie is dog selective, a meet and greet is required with any dog in the household. She did live with kids in her previous foster home!!!! Cats are also unknown.
