Typical of a seasoned mom, Layla is a sweet, soft, confident pup who greets new friends with an enthusiastic energy similar to a loving mom welcoming home one of her brood. She has a nurturing and gentle temperament and at approximately 4 yrs old, she is the perfect companion rather than playmate. Of particular note is Layla's whisper soft approach when offered treats. She exhibits very ladylike manners. This lovely girl has a rich dark brindle and white coat that gleams in the sunlight, as does her beautiful amber eyes. She is the perfect bland of Mountain Cur and Staffy characteristics and personality. We'd love for this beauty to find her forever family with either a single person/couple or a family with children. She will bring joy to all! Layla is great with other friendly dogs, but could she thrive as the only dog in the home? You betcha! She loves people and is very loyal and affectionate. Layla is a gem! We conduct virtual meet and greets for out-of-town applicants and offer transport (fee included in the cost of adoption) to many neighboring and northeastern states.
