Leia in Colorado

Meet adorable little Leia in Colorado! This little lady is as cute as a button, and is overflowing with pizazz and personality. She LOVES her people once she has warms up to them, and enjoys spending time in their arms or on their laps. She also adores toys, and is quite playful and fun! She’s great on a leash, and likes to get out there and strut her stuff out on walks with her humans. Leia could go to a home with the right kind of dog who lets Leia do her thing, and who would give her space and independence. She would also be fine as an only dog getting to be in the spotlight. She doesn’t love sharing her toys and food, so that would need to be managed if she’s in a home with other dogs. Leia is 8-9 years old and is quite healthy and vibrant for a senior. She recently had a dental and had all of her teeth removed because her mouth was quite rotten, but she’s feeling so much better now. She also has bilateral luxating patellas, but it doesn’t seem to bother her or slow her down.
