Leo

This boy can go from racing about the yard to an all out cuddle machine in minutes flat! He is great with all the other dogs, loves to play race about the yard with other dogs and does not believe the need to share his rawhides with other dogs. He is not alone in this thought. However, if he walks away from a rawhide and another dog snags it all is good. Leo relishes mealtimes. He eats morning and night, 1/2 cup of Small breed dog food (Kirkland) and he is a bit of a fast eater. He also loves all treats, milkbones and anything else he deems edible. Leo is smart, funny and once in awhile contrary forgetting that we are a whole lot bigger than him! Such a silly pup. Leo's best skill set is his snuggles: He is one that snuggles in so he is up against your skin and he can get in the sweetest, funniest positions. He will aslo stay put for the long haul so just watch that three hour movie with him! We are working with Leo on house training. Over all he is very good but we do have to watch for the leg lifting. If we see him and say "no" that leg goes back down super fast, but, as part of our working with him he wears belly bands about 50% of the time. Oh, and the good news, he does not try to take them off! He is actually super good about it. Leo does sleep in a dog crate at night, however, he clearly would rather sleep in bed with someone. As far as people go, he has not met a person he does not like nor a lap not worthy of climbing into. He has been excellent with children. We really don't know about cats or pocket pets but he is a terrier so probably no pocket pets. Leo is for you if you love adventures as much as a good snuggle in your favorite chair.
