Where do we start with Leo?? This sweet boy was found by 2 officers at CMPD (hence his name LEO, law enforcement officers) when he was only about 5 weeks old. He was so tiny and starving. Today Leo is approximately 11 months old and we all struggle as to why no one has wanted to meet him. We will say, Leo has a lot of energy, but not bad energy!! He would do so well in a home with a family who has a fenced in yard, loves to go on walks, and loves to snuggle in the down time.
