When Leroy came to us he had been at county and was very sick with pretty extensive needs. Leroy had not been cared for well in a very long time and it showed. Every movement that he made appeared painful due to his skin condition. We took Leroy to dermatology and began “Operation: make Leroy feel nice”. We began a regimen of baths, medication, ointment, wipes, and lots of TLC, and slowly but surely, we began to see improvement in Leroy’s skin and overall demeanor. Ongoing needs for Leroy looks like a bath once a week, wiping wrinkles and eye drops once a day. Leroy is now at board and train being professionally trained in preparation to go forever home! He’s been there just days and is doing amazing! Leroy is an English Bulldog who is about 8 years old.
