Lester was rescued from the shelter's euthanasia list where he was scheduled to be put down due to the longevity of his stay. He is about 5 1/2 years old, 54 pounds and just so much fun! We believe he is a beautiful mix of Thai Ridgeback and Shar-Pei, but most important is his amazing personality. This boy is a social butterfly, gentle and kind and full of playful energy. He is good on a leash and knows his basic commands. Lester doesn't bark and loves other dogs, cats, kids and every person he meets.
Lester would do best in an active home where he will get plenty of exercise and stimulation. He is already fixed and up to date on his vaccines.
Lester is in our "direct from owner" program. Chesed will take applications and run background and vet checks and then will be adopted directly from his owner/rescuer. There will be no adoption fee, but donations to the rescue are always appreciated.
