Lewis has been in foster for about two weeks and has started to show his personality. This dog is the whole package! He's a confident, carefree guy who LOVES people and dogs - we don't think he's ever met a stranger in his life. Lewis is super food motivated and happily goes into his crate at night (especially when he can have a snack in there before bed). He is learning basic commands and walks well on a leash. He will need an adopter who will be committed to continuing his training with lots of positive reinforcement (and treats!). He is getting along well with the resident female dog but sometimes gets too excited during playtime. A home with a resident dog who can match his style of play would be great. He would also do well in a home without small children - he loves them, but he can knock them over when playing or if he's excited.
