AEAR rescued Lexi when no other shelter or rescue was able to help her. She came to us in pretty bad condition but is getting better every day. Lexi lived with seniors who loved her but were not able to properly care for her. First stop was the groomer because she was matted down to the skin. She is being treated for a yeast infection in her ears. Her sight is limited by cherry eye, which we will have corrected with surgery. Despite everything, Lexi is a happy little dog who loves everyone. Her favorite treat is a Pup Cup from Dairy Dream. We look forward to the day Lexi is having sweet dreams in her forever home.
