Libby

Hi there! My name is Libby and I weigh about 45 lbs at around 1 year old. I came in with my sister Libby from a over crowded open intake eastern VA shelter. So far I do very well when meeting new dog pals and new people alike!! New places and car rides are a bit scary for me, you'll see me hunker down. I will NEED a heavy duty crate, as I can break out of a basic wire crate fairly easy. Once settled I do very well in keeping the house, and my crate clean. I will need a front clip harness that can connect to the collar as I pull on walks. Unfortunately, much like my sister I am also heartworm positive. My treatment date is 8/1/24. Please put in an application to meet me! We are a small based foster group who help dogs currently in VA, NC (more states soon) on death row find a second chance. Right now we will be running off of donations and fosters homes. So please be patient with us. You may apply to adopt if you are in a state that surrounds VA state lines! Adoption Contracts, and vet papers will be given at time of adoption. All dogs will be UTD on shots and spayed/neutered before going to their furever family! All adoption fees are considered donations! We do not do refunds on donations.
