Lieutenant Dan

Lieutenant Dan, or "Danny" as we affectionately call him, is an incredible 3-year-old dog who has been through a lot but continues to thrive. Named after the famous character in Forest Gump, Danny had a serious accident before coming to us, resulting in the amputation of his front leg. Despite this, he doesn't let anything hold him back! Danny has adapted wonderfully to his "tri-pawd" life and gets around with ease. He loves to explore and is a pro at rolling over for belly rubs. His trusting nature with new people is remarkable given his past trauma, and he quickly warms up to new friends. Danny enjoys the company of other dogs and loves being in the center of the action.
