This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly with no additional travel costs. Thank you!** Meet Lil Mac Labby - a just over year old, 43 pound, Black Lab/Bulldog mix guy. Lil Mac has been waiting for his forever family for more than ONE FULL YEAR!! It makes us so sad he has grown up in rescue. Let's try to get this sweet boy from a dog house to a HOME!! His southern foster shares "This boy is fun, and so friendly! When he first got to us he was very jumpy but we have been working on that and he has gotten so much better trying to meet people with all four on the floor! He loves to play and really loves toys, especially ones he gets to chew up. He loves a doghouse to be in and will do fine in a crate. He has also really improved his leash skills over his time here with us. He has done well in the car and around the other dogs in rescue. We think he would love a buddy! He would do well with an active family who has time to play and wear him out. This boy is a joy to be around and really deserves to get out of rescue and into a forever home." It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
