Lila

Hi! I'm Lila! I'm about 3 years old (spayed) and maybe a Malinois mix. I've had a rough start to life, but that doesn't stop me from being the sweetest, silliest girl ever. I came all the way from Houston, TX where I was picked up as a stray and brought to a high kill shelter. I had puppies in the shelter, and while they all got adopted, I (like many mamas) was overlooked. I ended up on the euthanasia list due to "lack of space" until a group of volunteers worked together to pull me out at the last minute. I ended up all the way here in Alabama where everyone hopes I can find my forever family. I absolutely love to be inside and sleep on anything soft. I also love going outside to play. I am house trained and not destructive indoors. I love car rides, treats and cuddling! I don't mind medium to large dogs but not sure about the little ones. I met two kittens once in a pet store and was uninterested. I have either never been around children or have been mistreated by a child, either way I am scared of small children. I would do best in a home with adults/teenagers. Sadly after all this, I have no where to go . I desperately need a hero to step up and give my story a happy ending. Could you please be my human?
