Lily

Guess who loves kids? Lily, does! While she remains initially cautious of adults when she first meets them, she ran right up to the kids the second she saw them wagging her tail. So now we know she is great with other dogs, doesn’t care about cats at all, and loves kids! Somebody needs this girl. You just have to give her a few minutes to feel safe. Lily, how in the world does this sweet girl whose fur feels like cotton not have an offer of a home yet? She is quite laid-back and generally pretty quiet. She has the best house manners – housebroken, kennel trained, dog and cat friendly… how can anyone not be all about her? Her only drawback is she is a little bit shy when she first meets someone but I think that’s because she had some not so good things happen to her. Within a few minutes, she blossoms into the sweet girl that she is. She loves to get pets, go for walks (she doesn’t pull at all on a leash), and she doesn’t mind her own company as I find her sleeping in my bed about half the time. Lily is approximately 40 pounds. Lily is vaccinated and spayed and ready for her forever home.
