Meet Link. He is a young 2 year-old male beagle mix with very soft bunny fur. He was found abandoned and in rough shape along with his sister, in southern Missouri. They were taken in by some friendly folks who worked to nurse them back to health and then contacted BBRH to help the pups get them into foster care.
Sadly, Link's sister didn't survive. Link had some intestinal parasites, but he is doing very well now and enjoying becoming a house dog again in his foster home. He has learned to use a doggy door and is housebroken but could have a nervous pee accident if scared. He is an energetic and loves playing and running around the yard with other dogs.
His foster parents think he would do very well with another dog around the same age group. He can still be a little scared with fast movements and is still working to be comfortable while sitting on your lap. He has not had a lot of time on the leash, but should learn quickly, he is very smart. A fenced yard would be nice for him since he loves to run and play outdoors, but not required. Link is fully vetted, chipped, and neutered. He is fostered in Kansas City.
