Today during cleaning Llama had to be put out her kennel for ACTs to clean. Getting her out of the kennel was easy. Once her kennel was clean I went back to get her and she allowed me to pet her she did have high energy before I pet her once I did her whole came to a stop. Getting her back into the kennel she went in herself but as soon as she turned around towards the door she jumped onto me and had her eyes dilated attempting to bite at my arm. I pushed her with my leg so I was able to close her in the kennel. She then tried to bite me through the door, I did not try to get the leash off of her
On 8/1/24 I got Llama outside. Previous technicians have had issues getting her in kennel as she was mouthy, jumpy, and tried to bite.
I easily got her leashed and walked outside. She did not walk well on leash (pulling/running around). We walked around for a bit. Once inside, I leash her up in the ACO intake area. I offered treats and she seems to know "sit" and does it well. When I got her back in the kennel. I tossed treats in, then walked her in. I tossed more treats on the ground and slid the leash off while she was eating and exited the kennel without issue.
