Name: Lola
Age: 2.5 YO
Gender: F
Up to date on vaccines?: Yes
Breed: Bull Terrier Mix
Spayed or Neutered?: Yes
Weight: 50 lbs
Dog friendly? Yes! She loves to play. She is very curious about new dogs in public. Will wag her tail & wants to play.
Cat friendly?: Haven’t seen her with cats.
Kid friendly?: Haven’t seen her around kids, but she prefers a calm home environment at least at first while she’s decompressing.
Energy Level?: Medium. She likes playing with her foster sibling, but not overwhelmingly so. He’s a senior & she’s very respectful that he can’t play as long as her.
Reaction to new people: Loves meeting new people. Wags her tail & lays on her back for a belly rub.
House trained?: Yes
Crate trained?: Yes, sometimes she even lays in there on her own.
Leash trained?: Yes, does great on the leash with occasional pulling.
Separation anxiety when left home alone?: Not at all ??
Any known health or behavioral issues?: No. We've had her for a couple weeks now & she has been a perfect angel besides a couple chewing escapades. Not unusual for a new environment and can be managed with boundaries and chew toys. She still has some puppy-like energy and would do well with walks or another dog to play with, or both. ?
Where did you acquire this pet in the first place?: Lola came from a small rescue in Portland that closed down & was being forced to find placement for all its dogs or euthanize them. She is one of three dogs we took from there.
Contact us to meet Lola! She's a sweet little lady looking for a safe and loving home.
