Lola

Oh Lola! She’s such a pitty princess, and we need to work on getting a tutu over to her foster home for a photo shoot. There’s no doubt she could ROCK it. ? Lola is a 4 year old sweet low-rider love bug who sounds more like a pig than a dog. She will bring a smile to your face. She is so lovable and just eats up any and all attention she gets. She LOVES food, and issues a slow feeder for her meals. She’s had 4 weeks of training and continues to work on her skills. It’s important to note that she can be dog selective and gets overstimulated without slow appropriate introductions. She loves people, she does great in car rides, and thinks kids are pretty cool! She’s crate trained. She’s a hard chewer when it comes to her toys and is up to the challenge to show you how quickly she can chew up a toy and ask for her next one. ? Her favorite past time is EATING. She thinks kids are pretty cool but doesn’t understand why she can’t sit on their laps. She’s doing really well coexisting in a home with other dogs and has also been at an adoption event where she did really well too! Yet her ideal home would not be extremely busy with a houseful of pets. Once you hear her snorting and grunting and see her get excited, it’s impossible not to love her. She’s been in our care since January and been in rescue/training since last September. We would LOVE for her to find her forever home ASAP. Last September she was reported abandoned on a HOT summer day in Cloquet. Cloquet Police Department reached out for help. Thanks to local rescue volunteers, Lola and another female she was found with were able to get them into safety.
