Lottie was pulled from an overcrowded shelter. Sadly, black puppies don’t get adopted as easily but we couldn’t turn on backs on her. She is happy and learning in her foster home. She is good in her crate and doing well with pottying outside. She’s a great pup who will make a great addition to someone’s life!
