Louie

Hi! My name is Louie. My foster Mom calls me King Louie because I think I am in charge of everyone. Am I not supposed to be in charge? Anyway,I was in a nice home and I must have done something wrong because it caused my Mommy and Daddy to get a divorce. I tried to be such a good little boy, but it wasn't enough. Once they were living apart, neither of them had enough time for me, so I came to live here with lots of other little white dogs. Oh my gosh, I thought I had died and gone to Westie heaven! All these other guys to play with, lots of hugs, treats and TOYS. Since I just turned one, my foster Mom gave me my first haircut and I am so CUTE! (see pictures). I did have to spend the day at the dogtor and they made me go to sleep. When I woke up, I had stitches (I'm not going to tell you where they were). What was THAT all about?

I am working on potty training, but sometimes I get busy playing and forget, so a gentle reminder helps. In the meantime, my foster Mom puts this strange band on me. It doesn't hurt and it has pictures of Scooby Doo on it (my favorite cartoon).

I walk well on a leash and love to play with other doggies. I sleep all night in my crate without a peep, but also would like to sleep with you if you will let me.

What I really would like is a home with a fenced yard, another young dog or older child to play with and parents with LOTS of time to hold me and love me. Is that too much to ask? If it's not, please consider giving me a home. I will be your best friend ever.
