Thank you!** Meet Louise - an adorable Pointer/Mountain Cur mix gal who was found as a stray in Mississippi. At the time of this updated posting on 6/1, she she is just over a year old and weighs approximately 42 pounds. This pretty girl has been on our listings for 3 months now and we can't wait to find her a home! Her foster shares: "Louise is a beautiful, young lady with a gentle soul. She absolutely loves playing with other dogs and we think she would really thrive in a home with a resident dog to keep her company and help build her confidence. She has been doing great with cats now too! Louise can be a little shy at first, but as soon as she knows she is safe and loved, she absolutely shines! She is friendly, loving, and sweet, with just a dash of that puppy shenanigans! Just the right amount of cute. She likes meeting new people and has been very gentle around kids. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
