Meet Lucas, a three year old, 19 lb, adorable as can be, Terrier mix, who came to us from a hoarder. Lucas is a very funny pup, with one ear up and one ear down. Lucas is a sensitive boy. He is on anti-anxiety medication due to his fear of new people and loud noises. Yet, he is extremely active. Once you spend some time with him, he will learn to trust and be a great companion in your home. He loves to play with toys and some other dogs. He displays pure joy when he is playing with a companion dog.Lucas can be a high jumper. Coming from a hoarding situation has made Lucas most comfortable when there's someone else around. Lucas needs a home with another dog due to his anxiety. Lucas can pull or stop on walks as he still reacts to outside stimulus. Thus he will need a strong but sensitive leader. Lucas accidentally bit the vet when coming out of anesthesia after his neuter surgery. Because of this unfortunate incident, he will need an adult only home, with a behavior waiver.
