Hi! My name is Lucian (pronounced Loo-chan) and I am a German shepherd mix pup. My mama was rescued from a rural shelter just 10 days before she had me (and my brothers and sisters! Luckily I was born in rescue and have had a "pawsome" start to life! I look a lot like a German shepherd but funny enough my mama is a blue heeler (I suppose we can guess who my daddy was!). I am very outgoing and independent. (I am also the largest and stockiest of the puppies). I love to play and wrestle with my siblings and would do good in a home with other confident dogs. Because of my puppy mouthiness I would not be a good fit for a home with young/small children. Kids over 10 yr would be OK. I am smart and would really benefit from some puppy classes to channel my energy in positive ways! An active family that will take me on lots of outdoor adventures would be "pawsome!"
