Meet Lucien! He came to us as an owner surrender because his former family could no longer keep him. He's a load of fun! He is a silly and smart guy that is looking for a family that will provide him with enrichment. He was friendly and playful when meeting another dog. We are recommending he go into a home with children 10 years and older.
