Fearful to Full of Life! Lucille started as a fearful pup living outside in Mississippi and was untouchable. She was scared of humans, couldn’t make eye contact, she lived in frozen in fear. She traveled to Michigan with her siblings to find a perfect home for her unique needs. After 2.5 months in foster homes, she has blossomed into the brave, eager to play, seeker of pets, and the curious explorer she was always meant to be! Once she learns she can trust you, she seeks out pets, really enjoys handing out kisses, and lovin’ from you. She is great with other dogs (lives w 5 furry sibs) and heeds correction well. This little girl has all the makings to be the best addition to your pack this Summer! She loves to play, wrestles with the best of them (even tho she is the runt), works a flirt pole like a profesh, and such a track star runner girl. She lives for playing with her furry siblings and is the most brave when it comes to approaching humans. Her curiosity just gets the very best of her and she must check you out! The Shepherd in her gives her the ability to learn quickly, she picks up on a pattern and happily wants to obey when she receives praise or cookies for completing a task! Lucille is crate trained, leash trained, working on potty training (75% of the way there!), knows the ‘sit’ cue, and does great in the car. Looking for a loving home with a fence and dog companion.
