Lucky

Meet Lucky! This incredibly handsome love bug was found super skinny and roaming the streets with burned paws. Some wonderful people took him in and got him to the vet to get treated. He's now at our rescue and he's the sweetest, least reactive dog ever. He did great meeting the front yard pack and had no reaction to being growled at. He's a little too much for small dogs and cats, but he'd love another medium/large dog to play with in his forever home. He's a completely white pit bull with one mostly blue eye and one light brown eye. Lucky is about 1 year old and weighs 47 pounds, but he should put on 5-7 pounds. He's so incredibly loving and sweet, he thinks everyone he meets is his best friend. He's loving and smart--he already knows sit and is very respectful. Lucky really enjoys being with people. He'll make an excellent companion! IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located. ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
