Lucky

Just a "Good Ol' Boy" here- meet Lucky, an 11 year old, 55 pound, Wheaton Terrier (possible Norwegian Elkhound) mix. He is an owner surrender without fault of his own- his previous fell ill and could no longer meet his needs. Lucky is looking for a quiet home with someone always near, who loves to walk/run/be active, has a bone to chew, a spot to lounge, and no one else to take away from his space. Lucky does well on leash, is fully potty trained, hasn't used/needed a crate, and knows a few basics. Lucky has been introduced to other dogs from small to large and we have found he would much rather not have a doggie friend, he has met cats- and does best with non-reactive ones. He has only really met teens, but we were told little kids do make him nervous/afraid. This guy is always wearing a smile and aims to please- he even does a small bounce to say hello to you when you get home.
