Lucy

This puppy is currently NOT at the Watertown Humane Society but is in a foster home to help her socialize. She will stay in this foster home until she is adopted. Lucy is a small breed of dog approx 3 months old. She would do best with a family that is not gone for long hours in the day. She is still learning potty training and still needs to be let outside frequently during this crucial learning period. She loves to play with other dogs and cats. She is currently living with 3 other dogs and 5 cats!! She loves to play and is in a biting/teething/chewing stage. She is still learning that its not ok to grab pant legs tugging and growling all the way. She would do best in a family with no small children but may do ok with older calm children. At this point in her life she is a bit terrified of kids and their rambunctious behavior. She would do very well with another dog (or cat) who also likes to play. In her foster home she is learning not to jump, potty training, and some basic manners. She is very smart and needs to be with someone who will not let her get away with naughty behaviors just because she is a cute little dog!
