Lula

Hi friends! My name is Lula, and I’m an adorable 2-year-old female Terrier / Maltese mix! I am both fully vaccinated and spayed already, and I weigh a cute and compact 15 pounds! I am fully potty trained, crate trained, and I walk amazingly on a leash if I do say so myself! I first came to The Cantu Foundations when my previous owners were neglectful and didn’t take care of me but it’s their loss and I’m so excited to find my forever family! I sometimes need a little time to get to know another pup and people. but it is unknown how I am around cats. I have mild anxiety as well as mild separation anxiety when left alone for too long, but that’s only because I miss you! Once I’m comfy with you, I am super cuddly, affectionate, and playful! I can hang out quietly on your lap, next to you or in my crate. I have mild energy, I’m somewhat independent, and somewhat social. I enjoy the occasional public outing, however I am not a huge fan of the car. But if it’s a quick trip I’ll be fine! My favorite things to do are going for walks, snuggling and napping in my crate, as well as playing with toys! If my foster parents had to describe me in 3 words, they would be playful, spunky, and loving! My ideal home would be with mellow humans who love to stay home and chill with me! I love attention and would especially love a family who is home most of the time. My adoption fee is $400, this fee covers my first year of vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip.
