Luna

Luna is a stunning, joyful girl who sadly did not have an easy life. She was surrendered to a shelter in TX where she waited in a kennel for 6 months with no interest. The loud shelter made her anxious and scared. Luna feels more safe in a home environment, so our rescue stepped up to support her. Combining her time in shelter and rescue, she’s been waiting over an entire year with not even a single application! Luna is so full of life and she has so much love to give, if only someone will just give her a chance. At the shelter, she was frequently used as a training dog in new volunteer training orientations because she is so good with people. Luna loves being outdoors and she is the perfect adventure buddy: walking, hiking, or swimming. She loves puzzles, toys, and lick mats to keep her mentally stimulated. She is an incredibly smart girl! Luna is a loose leash walker and is fully house trained. She even does great with respectful kids! Luna could live happily with a well-matched dog friend after proper introductions and meetings. Luna has so many cheerleaders that want her to find the perfect family that she deserves. She will give her family endless love and loyalty in return. Luna is currently fostered in Austin TX but transportation is available to adopters anywhere in the USA.
