We are so excited to introduce Luna. This absolute charmer is a 6-year-old German Shepherd mix who weighs around 87 lbs. Luna was extremely loved by her owner, and they had a deep bond; however, her owner was involved in a devastating accident that left the owner unable to care for Luna. Luna has been in a foster home for a couple of months and is thriving! Luna is incredibly friendly and easy-going and has been a wonderful house guest. She loves running in the snow and going on long walks. Despite her size, she is a dream to walk! While she is unphased by other dogs who walk by her while on a leash, Luna must be the only pet in the home because she doesn’t want to share her human’s attention. Luna recently underwent successful Tibial Tuberosity Advancement surgery and is now ready for her forever home! Even though Luna has been through a heartbreaking loss, she still has so much love to give and can’t wait to find another family with whom to develop a deep bond.
