Luna - IN FOSTER

Hi my name is Luna! I'm a cartoonish, almost 2-year-old pup looking to join your pack. I enjoy meeting new people and showing off my belly, which is very soft and good for scratching (my favorite!). I also like to take long walks, smile and lick you, play with toys, and end the day with a cuddle on the couch with the humans I love. I would prefer to be around you all day and sit by your feet, and when you come back home from being out, I will be the first face to greet you at the door. My current foster dad found me running loose in the neighborhood with nowhere to go and got me registered with the animal shelter. Since then, he has been teaching me how to sit, stay, heel, go to my crate, and shake paws. I'm a very polite girl and many have commented on how well-trained I am. I'm great with other dogs, though I am still working on being calm when I see other dogs while out on leash walks. Sometimes when I'm on the leash, I feel so excited to see other dogs that I want to pull but my foster dad is working on that with me. When I'm off leash however, I play nicely with others and share my toys without a fuss. I have a ton of dog friends and have been very well behaved with them, so I will be a great addition if you already have other pups. I'm also great with children and love to play all the time but am well behaved in apartments and rarely ever bark! I also don't jump on tables, counters, and people (unless I'm really happy to see them) plus I only chew on toys and not your shoes. Also, I am well potty trained and can hold it in if needed. My perfect family would be one that can take me out for regular walks and include me in their adventures. I ride well in the car and like to go out for errands with my foster parents. I can't wait to meet you!
