Meet LYLAH! LYLAH is a nearly 1.5 year old hound mix that is smart and playful. She is potty trained and knows how to use a dog door. Lylah was found as a stray dog wandering in a small town in Texas and rescued by her foster family. She likes to be active outside with her people, but also loves to be inside lounging, cuddling, and hanging out. She has been around people from ages 1-81. She plays well with kids and does best with male dogs. She eats from a self feeder with other dogs and has shown no signs of food aggression. Slow introductions to other dogs is best for Lylah. She loves the water and has no problem with taking a bath! She will sleep on her bed, but prefers to sleep at the foot of the bed with you. She stays close and does not leave the yard when she comes to the front yard with us. She likes to go on walks and car rides. Her favorite place is with her people, wherever they may be. For out-of-state adoptions: Lylah's adoption fee is $500 (which includes transport) which includes her spay, current vaccinations (rabies, 2 parvo/distemper boosters, and bordatella), flea and tick prevention, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, and registered microchip. She is available through Levelland Animal Friends, a partner rescue of Project Freedom Ride. We are located in the Texas Panhandle. She is located with our rescue here in Texas.
