I am a long-term dog resident here at the Champaign County Humane Society! What does that mean? It means I have been available for adoption for over 90 days and am more than ready to find my forever home! In fact, the shelter is waiving my adoption fee for any approved applicant. Please stop by the shelter during open hours to visit with me! Meet Maisy, the one-year-old Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier combo looking for a forever home at CCHS. This cutie pie landed in our care due to unforeseen circumstances but is all set to shower love on her new family. Maisy is a total sweetheart, and adores kids of all ages. While she is not the best about making friends with other dogs, and would prefer to be the only dog in the home, her opinion on cats remains a mystery. She's very much up for endless games of fetch and leisurely strolls. Picture winding down the day with Maisy by your side, ready for a cozy snuggle on the sofa.
