Maisy

Maisy is a very sweet but nervous girl who will be a very loyal companion to someone patient with her cautious attitude on new people and places. She's been embarked and has german shepherd, catahoula leopard dog, rottweiler and pit bull. Her favorite activities include snuggling on the couch with a blanket and a toy to chew, easy walks, hunting games (as shown in the video) and occasional zoomies. Maisy's current owner has done a lot of training with Maisy with the help of trained professionals with the hope that Maisy could learn to deal with the children that come to the house and the owner's other dog. Sadly Maisy is still very nervous of the children and the other dog so the owner has to rehome and would not recommend a house with kids and only a house with a dog if that dog is very calm and gentle to her as she adjusts. However this means Maisy has a lot of great training! Maisy is house broken, crate trained, e collar trained and trained to wear a muzzle without complaint. She is muzzle trained for the vet so the vets don't have to worry about her nervous energy. She comes when she's called, will sit, lay down and stay on command. She's also been trained to go to place and can stay on place for several hours with only occasional reminders. She came to the owner with giardia and has a weak liver which both mean vets may recommend checkups for both of those.
