Maizy is 6 years old and is being fostered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She loves attention, and she just wants to be in the same room as you and sleep. She is a big lazy loaf! She loves other dogs, she and Honey (resident dog) do almost everything together. She is still quite skittish when people walk towards her and reach out to pet her but she also wants to be petted by them so bad.
She is friendly with everyone, but quick movements or loud noises/voices and sounds like loud thunder or fireworks etc can scare her. These are things her new home will need to work with her on and be patient with. She’s very easy and happy to get in a car or go for a walk just hard to get her up and going.
She loves to sit and stare at you with a big goofy smile on her face, she just wants to be a part of things. She loves treats, especially duck necks it was the first treat she was willing to eat and she takes treats very gently. She also likes small spaces and cuddles up in corners. It’s very cute - she makes a little nest for herself.
