Cinco De Mayo just wouldn't be the same without a Margarita! We saved Mama Margarita and her two babies Taco and Taquito on Cinco de Mayo from a terrible backyard breeding situation.
Our Mama Margarita truly shows us the meaning of loyalty and love every single day - Margarita almost seems to know that Real Good stepped in to help her and her family because she has shown her fosters so much love in the short time they've had her. She is loving, affectionate, respectful and so loyal. And, she was by far the best mama dog we have ever been able to witness as well.
When we first met Mama Margarita, she was a bit reserved with new people. While Margarita has come out of her shell an enormous amount with her foster family, she can still be a bit wary of some new friends, both four- and two-legged, alike.
We DO believe Margarita could do well with other dogs, after proper introduction and at her relaxed pace.
