Maraca

Little man Maraca is just 2 years old and he really needs a fresh start. He was found as a stray and he can be such a little charmer and if he deems you worthy of his affections. In true chihuahua-fashion, Maraca can be a little choosy about his friends initially and he will need a chihuahua-savvy home. Maraca doesn't enjoy being scooped up by people he doesn't know and he's going to take his time to get to know you but in most cases, that won't take much time at all. Once Maraca trusts you, you're his buddy for life! Maraca knows to sit, lay down, take treats gently, and even stand, twirl & beg too! He learned all of that, but never learned to share his toys or food and he has a tendency to guard them. The solution? Don't overload him with toys and leave him alone when he's eating. Maraca has also developed a dislike for other dogs, unfortunately. So initially, he'll need to be your only pet. That may change once he gets settled into a home.
