MARCO

Marco (A135059) is a 2 yr old Pit Bull/Boxer mix who weighed 62 pounds on intake! 6/28/24 This handsome pup is Marco! Marco was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of his own. Marco's previous owners had nothing but great things to say about him! Marco was said to be housebroken and rides well in the car. Marco can be rough when playing and can get quite rowdy when playing with dogs, but his previous owner indicated he does well with dogs and lived with another dog in his previous home. Marco does get excited when meeting new people and sometimes will submissively urinate. Marco was said to do well with children but has never been around babies. He has no prior experience with cats or small animals. Please ensure you are doing slow, safe and controlled introductions with any pets or children in his new home. Marco knows basic commands and will go to the door when he needs to be let outside to potty. He would benefit from a basic obedience course to brush up on his manners and learn some new tricks along the way! If you are interested in meeting with Marco, please let us know.
