Meet Marge!
Marge is a 3 year old lab/pittie mix. She is calm and well behaved. Marge loves all of the attention she is getting at the rescue and is appreciating all the new experiences she gets to take in here. Marge isn't a huge fan of other dogs or cats so she would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She is house trained and crate trained and would love to find a forever home soon. She can be a bit shy meeting new people, but with a little bit of love, she goes a long way!
The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs. Please submit an application at www.NAWSUS.org under the Pet Adoption tab to setup a day or time to meet with one of our adoption counselors and our potential adoptees. Thank you!
