Face of gray, heart of gold. I'm Margot, a lovely golden girl and I'm ready to spend my retirement with you. I came to High Country Humane because my owner couldn't care for me anymore. I'm just focused on where I'll spend my golden years. I'm as gentle as I am fun-loving. And one of my favorite things to do is being a couch potato. Netflix anyone? I get along with other dogs, love hammock naps, and also do well left alone. If I sound like your next pal, then come meet me! I want to show you how laid-back four-legged living is done. I am a continued care pup, which means you can bring me to HCH for my vet care. Additionally, my medical care for the first six months after my adoption will be free! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
