Mario

Mario looks just like a Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen, about 2 years old and 38 lbs. Mario is very playful and great with older kids because he's very strong. He loves playing ball and running. He's good with other dogs but has not been tested with cats. He looks like a Bassett Hound with wire hair - too handsome for words. He's a great dog, very trainable and needs a little help walking on a leash.

This organization is run by volunteers only and we try our best to save as many homeless pets as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find on the Pet Rescue website: www.ny-petrescue.org and we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 5 days. Pet Rescue doesn't have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved. If you have any questions, please email us.
