I'm Martha, a 14-month-old shepherd mix weighing 60 pounds. I'm already spayed, fully vetted, and ready for my forever home. If you're looking for an active companion but prefer not to train a puppy, I might be the perfect fit. I'm potty, crate, and leash trained. While I'm great with other dogs and kids, I'm still learning some manners. I would be best with kids over 5 years of age, so I don’t knock down any tiny tots. I am curious about cats, but we are not entirely sure if I am cat friendly. If you have a cat, let us know and my peeps can have me properly cat tested. One thing to note about me: I can be a bit of a flight risk. So, I require a home with a fully enclosed yard and a fence at least 6 feet tall. My adventurous spirit led me to a caring family's house when I was just a tiny puppy. Unfortunately, they don't have a fenced yard, which is why they're seeking a loving home where I can run and play without the risk of escaping.
