Mateo is a dogs kind of dog. He came to us more than 2 years ago and when he first arrived was absolutely terrified. It took a long time for him to come out of his shell but since he's been in foster he's thriving. He is happiest in a home with other dogs, you will get occasional attention from him until he fully acclimates but he makes it apparent that dogs are just his jam. He's not a great car companion and tends to have accidents from the stress of car rides short or long. He would love a home that he can just romp and play with other playful pups in the yard and wouldn't mind being a walking buddy for his furry companions. He really is deserving of a forever home.
