Matilda

p>Matilda (Mati) is a wonderful, laid back dog. She is in foster care with a family with 3 children under the age of 5 and is doing great with children, dogs, cats! Mati is an older girl, but that means you will have a laid back, housetrained and gentle friend! Her foster parents are raving about Mati's manners, gentleness with the children and housetraining. Mati loves to go for walks and she will never pull on the leash. Mati is afraid of storms.

Mati is spayed, utd shots, dewormed, heartworm tested. Her adoption donation is $75. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

Important things to know before you contact us:

If you are out of state, it does take time to process your application and find a home visitor from another rescue to do your visit. Please be SERIOUS about adopting a dog from our rescue before submitting an application.

The application is the first step. After we receive and approve a completed application, we will schedule a home visit.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
