Little Mavis was whisked to safety by NorthStar on her final day at a Texas kill shelter! She is now in a loving foster home where she gobbled up her first good meal in a long time. Mavis is 14 years old and weighs only 10 pounds. She will be making her way to NJ to find a forever home. She does have some health issues (including bad teeth) that NorthStar will handle, but we hope to have this sweet old girl in a forever home soon!
