Max Alan is 4-year-old, 70-pound gray Weimaraner who has been very open and friendly toward visitors ~ both men and women. Of course, he gives everyone the obligatory sniff and requests to be petted by going to their side, leaning on the person and looking up as if to say, Well, what are you waiting for?
Max is housetrained and dog friendly, but also is your typical Velcro boy that likes to be close to his favorite person.
Max has been through heartworm treatment and all the rest periods and will need to be retested in 6 months to verify he is heartworm negative.
Max likes to snuggle with his head on your lap or lay next to you. He is comfortable in his kennel. He lets you know when it is dinner time or potty time. Max likes car rides especially with his head out the window. We take him weather permitting. He has a good appetite and really enjoys a stuffed kong!
Suffice it to say, Max will be a loyal addition to any dog loving family. He has been a joy to have in our home. He will certainly be a joy to whomever is his forever family.
