This companion animals name is Maxel. He came to RED foster care after he could not be used for breeding due to a hereditary issue. He is a kind sweet tiny boy at about 4 pounds and 4 years old. He has a condition call alopecia which causes hair loss or thinning but does not require special care other than good care. It is not contagious and often improves after neutering. He has been neutered recently. He loves people and just loves to cuddle. He has been good with other animals he has met. We will not consider homes with larger dogs or young children. He is TINY and is not a child's dog due to the tiny size. He needs a home with small dog experience and an adult home that is settled in lifestyle. He is quiet and does well while crated. He currently has a large crate with bed bowl set up like a little apartment for when he is home alone or no one can watch him. He has a poodle coat that requires grooming and clipping so that expense and time. Vet/groomer reference will be required and a home visit and interview process is mandatory. Maxel has had a complete dental and geriatric blood panel with T4 that was normal. He is vaccinated and neutered. He has a microchip which includes registration. He is a perfect little cuddler and adores his people. Application may be found at www.rescueeverydog.org under adoption.
